Professor Peter Smith is a globally recognised immunologist and clinical researcher with more than 23 years in medicine and research. His career began at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children before senior appointments at University College London and across Australian universities including Griffith and Bond.

He has 118 peer-reviewed publications, 2,189 academic citations and an H-index of 23, placing him in the top 5% of ResearchGate researchers globally. His research informs how Pearl develops its products.

Sam Frost is a digital strategist and operator who has scaled consumer brands. At Look After My Bills, a Y Combinator W18 company, he served as Marketing Director and helped grow the business to a successful exit.

Sam has been recognised on Dragons' Den for securing one of the programme's best-ever deals, and brings experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, consumer psychology and commercial strategy to Pearl Consumer Health and its brands.
